Introducing NextFin’s Solution To Faciliating Equity Investment

Compliant Online Pitching Software

As part of our mission to help investors make more of their money and help entrepreneurs get the funding they deserve, we are now offering specialist software to provide an FCA-regulated solution to the issues surrounding pitching and pledging for equity investment, which feeds into our platform.

Compliant Online Pitching Software

Facilitating equity investment

The digitalised portal will enable entrepreneurs to display their equity pitches online in a regulated way that gives potential investors access to all relevant documentation for 24 hours a day, enabling an investor to make a quick decision, facilitating the closure of the funding round and thus ensuring a deal is closed with commission for the funding initiator.

The software is perfect for Angel clubs, Investment houses, and Syndicates, with investors able to ask questions directly to the entrepreneur as well as view previous questions from other investors and subsequent answers.

As part of this white label solution NextFin can also provide an independent rating via Crowdrating, a regulated entity on the proposed business which provides added credibility to the company being rated.

Logos and colours are all fully customizable to match your branding
A regulated online platform

A regulated online platform

Our white label platform allows companies to market their funding rounds online, in a similar way to the NextFin portal. You will be able to view the company logo, a description of the business, the amount they are looking to raise, an independent rating, EIS or SEIS opportunities, the number of investors, and the closing date.

An investor will be able to view companies marketed using your own branding which is seamlessly linked from your website, with the facility to automatically switch on or off to display the NextFin aggregation portal, exposing you to HNW investors.
