We Build Bots (WBB) is a government technology start-up helping Public Sector Organisations (PSO) such as local government bodies, education boards and, transport services to deliver better, faster, and cheaper citizen services. The company's core product, IntelAgent, integrates AI-powered chatbots, voice bots, and data analytics to automate answers to common questions, and execute repetitive tasks. The company has been working with PSO's and has processed over 5 million interactions between citizens, customers and their service suppliers, gaining valuable training data for its AI models in the process, as well as, saving time and energy of contact centre helplines that can attend to more pressing queries. WBB has won the 2019 Tech Nation’s Rising Star Award, 2018 Technology Start-Up of the Year Award, and 2017 Innovative Start-Up of the Year Award. It has also featured in prominent portals such as BBC, ITV and Forbes. It will use the investment to increase its marketing spend to begin penetrating new sectors such as Utilities and Telcos, invest in technology up-gradation, and increase its cash reserves.
