EBar is a ‘Beer as a Service’ entity. It argues that music and sporting events experience long bar queues with millions of people waiting in serpentine lines for their pint. EBar aspires to change this. Its patent-protected EBar machine allows a customer to order, pay and dispense two drinks in less than 30 seconds and in half the time taken by a typical event bar. The machine is supplemented with an integrated 'Point of Sale' (PoS) software, payment solution and data reporting systems. The company has secured over £800,000 of funding from private and public sector sources to date. It also deployed new EBar units at pilot events pre-lockdown and commercially in summer 2020 where it served over 3,500 pints in a socially distanced open-air environment. EBar has patents pending across international territories such as North America, Europe, China, Japan, Korea and Australia. It will use the investment to build more units, grow its team, develop supply chain partnerships, and boost business development.

Kaelo is a design company whose patented, 'Dry-cold chamber', is an open bottle host that can be integrated into premium interiors to serve drinks at the ideal temperature. The company argues that its product requires no ice, water or maintenance, and uses as little power as a lightbulb. Kaelo points out that it has achieved rapid market acceptance with over 2300 unit sales to date, with almost no marketing spend. The company is now focused on high-end kitchens in the +£30,000 category. It estimates that out of the 4.5 million of these bought every year, 70% of customers would upgrade their kitchens with Kaelo's products. Kaelo currently has 125 kitchen showrooms that are selling its products in the UK with more distributors selling across Europe and the US. It will use the investment to launch the Kaelo brand for the first time, establish Kaelo in the kitchen market, and achieve the brand's goal of reaching 37,000 units by 2025.

TFAC claims that the 'Funky Iron' was awarded the status "Good Housekeeping Institute Approved" and was recently given the title of "Best Iron for Large Households" by the Independent newspaper's "Indy Best" journalist. ENSO is developing a new generation of cleaner, sustainable tyres and plans to disrupt the £200 billion global tyre market. It argues that conventional tyres are largely made of fossil fuels and contribute up to 28%+ of all primary ocean microplastics upon wearing down. It further points out that the increased weight and torque of electric vehicles wears tyres even faster, emitting more pollution. ENSO is addressing this crisis by developing sustainable tyres for EVs, to help reduce carbon emissions in line with the UK Government’s 'Net-Zero Strategy'. Its business is built on a direct-to-customer ‘Pay-per-Mile’ model serving EV-carmakers, fleets and private individuals directly. It claims that its latest energy-efficient tyres have achieved ‘A’ energy efficiency ratings by TÜV SÜD in Germany. The company will use the investment to deliver its first commercial tyres to EV-carmakers in 2021, and launch trials via London FreightLab, with Transport for London and DPD, with plans to expand to California by 2022.
