The 'The Big Exchange' management team comprises skilled professionals whose published LinkedIn profiles include expertise in management, technology, sales, marketing and finance. They have an experienced team in place that consists of a Founder/Director, CEO, CFO, Head of Product, Head of Digital Marketing and a Chairman. The Founder/Director is proficient in entrepreneurship, social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, nonprofits, impact investing and social finance. He is the Social Enterprise UK ‘Champion of Champions’ winner and has also been awarded the 'Institute of Directors’ Good Enterprise Award and an OBE for services to Social Enterprise. The CEO is skilled in asset management, portfolio management, business strategy and finance. She also has prior experience working at the same stage of business growth. The Head of Product is a distribution strategy specialist and also has digital and platform capabilities and is also business proficient in Spanish and French with international experience. The Head of Digital Marketing is competent in event management, public relations, new business development, social media marketing, and business planning. The CFO has financial management, including accounting, budgeting, cost control and fiscal matters, internal audit and the assessment of controls (particularly in high-risk environments) skills.
