Growth Funders develop and operate an online equity-based co-investment platform, which is utilised to create investment opportunities and allows the everyday investor to invest alongside institutional and professional investors.  They specialise in high growth SME’s, clean energy and real estate businesses.  The platform also operates an exclusive offline investor network called G Ventures, this network is available for private investors looking to make substantial investments in to deal opportunities.  There are no upfront fees when investing in businesses on the platform.  Fees are only charged to the investor if the businesses invested into increase in value and success is therefore seen.  In this instance, the platform charges a fee of 7.5% on any profit made.

The platform carries out careful and thorough due diligence when assessing an opportunity.  A detailed investment offer which includes investment memorandum, detailed financial forecasts and executive summary is created for each opportunity and many of their opportunities are SEIS and EIS eligible.

The minimum investment is £1000
