Status: Funded

Sep 14th 2021 - Oct 14th 2021

Fettle intends to re-incent bike repair using technology and smart servicing. It claims that riders today have to face manual bookings, long waiting times, intimidating jargon, bill shock and inconvenient locations while servicing their bikes. Fettle intends to eliminate these via its platform. Riders can book appointments online or via the app, approve the quote before the servicing starts and get service reminders based on Strava mileage. The company also allows home pick-ups and aspires to dominate the £1 billion bike repair industry. It argues that its workshops have a lego-like setup to scale nationally. Fettle asserts that it was rated one of London’s best bike repairers by the Evening Standard. The company has serviced thousands of bikes and grown to five workshops, all of which, were rated 4.9*+ on Google. Fettle will use the investment to become the biggest repair-only national network with 90 workshops.
