Downing Crowd

Downing Crowd offers opportunities to invest, via asset-backed crowd bonds, in a variety of UK businesses. More than 25,000 investors have used the platform and collectively raised over £1.7bn.

Downing Crowd primarily lists mature businesses, as these typically have a lower risk compared to start-ups. A thorough due diligence process is undertaken and all risks and returns are outlined in the Offer Document for investors to view. An investor's cash is held in a separate account before and after an investment and the Downing Crowd team constantly monitor the performance of any investments for the investor. An annual monitoring fee is applied to the borrower to aid in recovering the investor's capital and interest.

If Downing Crowd cease trading they have made arrangements with an appropriate third-party service providers to wind down any outstanding investment products
