They initially launched effervescent tablets for surface care sprays, which are manufactured in the UK and certified as Vegan and Cruelty-Free. By refilling with these tablets, customers can potentially reduce carbon emissions by up to 94% compared to conventional spray products.

Rype Office (RO) remanufactures high quality used office furniture to as-new condition ones. It argues that 30% of the greenhouse gases created by a commercial building over its lifetime are from furniture and every year in the UK around 75,000 tonnes of office furniture goes to a landfill. RO claims that its products have reduced an estimated 1 million kgCO2e carbon emissions. It further asserts that its business model provides it higher margins than new furniture sales. The company also employs, on larger projects, local long-term unemployed team members with disabilities or a homeless background. RO has acquired clients such as JLL, British Land and the NHS, worked on more than 200 projects and was named in the 'Top 10 European B2B startups to watch in the circular economy category. It aspires to dominate the £1.44 billion per annum UK furniture market. RO states it will use the investment to prepare for expansion into Europe as legislation enforces lower carbon solutions.

Marine Power Systems (MPS) states that it has developed a technology that can harness wind power, wave power or combined wind and wave energy at grid scale. It argues that governments worldwide are looking for alternative sources to meet global energy consumption needs. MPS endeavours to usher in an energy revolution and become a contender in the floating offshore energy market that is set to be worth over $100 billion by 2035. MPS claims to have successfully tested its medium-scaled prototype in the ocean, demonstrating the ease of transportation, deployment, and showcasing the devices ability to generate grid compliant electricity. The company has been awarded a £12.8 million grant by the European Union (EU) to deliver a full scale, grid-connected commercial demonstrator in 2022. It says it will use the investment to conduct its final phase of development and testing before taking its devices to market in Q1 of 2024.
