It serves high quality regional Thai cuisines made with uncompromising flavours. som saa has more than 27,000 followers on Instagram and carries a loyal customer following. In 2016, som saa became the Restaurant of the Year sponsored by The London Restaurant Festival. It is planning to open a second restaurant in Central London. Approximately 32.5% of the proceeds will be used for building and direct works; 20% will be used for kitchen design, building, and extraction; 14% will be used for professional fees; 5% for bar installation; and 28.5% other opening costs.
