It asserts that it uses Nissan's fully electric eNV200 Evalia MPV as a donor vehicle and converts it to a fully certified and compliant London 'Black Cab'. Dynamo argues that there are nearly 70,000 taxis in the UK, of which 4,000 have already converted to electric vehicles. Dynamo is competing to convert the remaining 66,000 into electric ones to gain profit and improve the environment. Dynamo has, to date, sold 170 vehicles in London, Liverpool, Coventry, Sheffield, and Nottingham. The company intends to become a competitor in the £4 billion taxi market.
