HelloDone automates conversations across messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram for the transportation, home delivery and utility sectors. HelloDone stresses that its Software as a Service (SaaS) enables more than 80% of inbound queries to be resolved automatically between customers of retailers and global carriers. HelloDone states that its portal drastically reduces the customer service burden and creates new dialogues with the customer for enhanced revenues. The company claims that it launched its portal in October 2020 and onboarded its first client in four months, followed by signing large online retailers such as Charles Tyrwhitt and Footasylum. It has also signed contracts with leading UK fast fashion groups and major US retailers. HelloDone is tracking £330,000 worth of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for 2021 and forecasting revenues of £65 million by 2025. Medwise.ai uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to answer questions for clinicians faster than they can respond to. It asserts that currently, doctors cannot keep up with the latest research evidence making them unable to provide the best care for their patients. It also points out that health care providers in the UK, such as the NHS, are losing £5 billion every year due to the lack of adoption of evidence-based best practices. Medwise.ai aims to change this by utilising the latest transformer-based neural networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to extract answers from multiple sources and support clinicians to make the best decisions for patients. Medwise.ai argues that unlike traditional search engines that provide a user with a list of websites or documents, medwise.ai's portal and app provide bite-sized, actionable, and evidence-based answers extracted from trusted sources. The company is envisaging an exit through an acquisition by a publishing company, an Electronic Health Records (EHR) company, or a pharmaceutical company.

Aiming to prevent further deterioration and leakage of water and sewerage pipes, Aqualiner has developed their Melt in Place Pipe (MIPP). This patented technology consists of a sock insertion, which when heated, expands and melts onto the inner pipe and forms a solid glass-reinforced thermoplastic layer. This process can increase the longevity of existing pipes and is the only product of this type to be approved to be safe-for-use in drinking water pipes. The UK has more than 251,000 miles of water pipes, where almost 75,000 miles of pipes are classed as damaged. Aqualiner firstly plans to sell the initial equipment in return for a small profit margin, but the materials and consumables used in the process will be sold to the licensed contractor directly as a second income stream. The third source of revenue is derived from fees charged to International territorial licensors for any Aqualiner sales. The product has been developed with support from Anglian Water, Severn Trent Water and Yorkshire Water and is approved to be installed in US drinking water pipes.

Caldera is a heat battery company that seeks to institutionalise zero-carbon energy solutions for the masses. It asserts that its 'Zero Carbon Boiler' is a direct replacement to an oil or gas boiler by providing low-cost renewable electricity as heat for later use on demand by the homeowner. The company asserts that the boiler consists of two elements. The first is Caldera's proprietary 'Warmstone Heat Battery' that can be charged by low-cost electricity from the grid, store that electricity for 24 hours and provide it on demand. The second is a 'Heat Interface Unit' (HIU) that replaces the existing boiler. Caldera believes that low electricity prices always tend to occur when the source of electricity is also low carbon. It will use the investment to grow its business across different verticals.
