Artisan gin makers putting the city of Exeter into the public eye. Exeter Gin has two brands, a self-named gin and Granny's Garbutt's, which both encompass 5 product ranges. These include Rhubarb Gin, Navy Strength and London Dry. The company originally predicted to sell 500 bottles in their first year, but within the first 10 months of establishment, Exeter Gin sold more than 4,000 bottles and 4,500 miniatures. Their products are sold to restaurants and bars, retailers, wholesalers and online. Funds are being raised to pursue growth opportunities such as redeveloping their website, exporting internationally, showcasing their products on gin tours, increase the number of sale outlets and produce new ranges. Furthermore, Exeter Gin plan to purchase high-grade equipment to maximise their economies of scale whilst reducing overall cost.

With the investment, the company will use 40% to open Algarve Rock-themed Brewbars and Brew kiosks, 10% in increasing exports especially to the UK and USA, 10% in strengthening brand identity, 15% in recruitment procedures, and 25% in increasing brewing capacity to cater to new markets.
