Infabode is a platform that aims to update users with news on the real estate industry information around the globe. It has over 40,000 users and 900 content partners on its portal. The company aims to benefit users by being the most accurate portal for real estate data in the world, and content providers by increasing the reach of their insights and brand. In 2020, Infabode partnered with real estate portal, Cherre, for continued expansion into the US. The company also raised £250,000 from existing and new investors, matched by the Government's future fund, in July 2020. Infabode was shortlisted for EG's Real Estate Digital Outstanding Achievement Award. The company will use the investment to get the business to breakeven by Q2 2021. Assetz Exchange (AE) is a property crowdfunding platform that endeavours to break down barriers to investing in sustainable and under-supplied Buy-To-Let sectors so that investors can create a diversified property portfolio in minutes. AE argues that Buy-To-Let has hurdles, such as capital requirements, administration burden and transaction costs making it the least preferred option for average investors. It aims to change this scenario by converting properties into micro-units, allowing investors to invest as little or as much as they like, and taking care of administrative expenses. AE has launched 12 properties so far in 2020. It also concluded the purchase of four flats in a period conversion near Sefton Park in Liverpool in January 2020 for £600,000, with a plan to sell them on for £800,000. AE envisions to originate over £20 million worth of new properties in 2021. It will use the investment to expand its network of sourcing agents, build a larger credit team, invest in marketing campaigns, and increase automation wherever possible.
