GymBuddy is an online platform that enables consumers to find, book, and attend a gym location, services, or products offered and operated by fitness studios, gyms, trainers, venues, or other third parties. Users can easily, through filtered searches on the app, view descriptions, and contact information of specialists within the fitness industry such as personal trainers, nutritionists, and physiotherapists. The UK fitness industry alone is currently worth over £5 billion. Based on recent statistics, the average gym membership in the UK costs members £40 a month, which often ties them into lengthy contracts. The GymBuddy app will enter the Health & Fitness club sector as a multi-gym membership feature that gives users access to gyms and various fitness plans, without the need for bricks-and-mortar locations under its brand. The company is seeking an investment of £400,000 to expand its brand identity and bring more users to its ecosystem to generate profits.

An ISA is an agreement between the recipient and the donors whereby the recipient agrees to share a percentage of the income generated from their project that they have raised money for. Using blockchain technology, the company is building a new way for artists and fans to engage and share the journey to musical success. For just £12 a year, an artist or band can submit their music to Evershare upon which the customer service team will help the artists or band to release their music tracks across major streaming companies such as Apple Music, Spotify, and Deezer. The artists also get to keep 100% of royalties they earn from the release of their albums or singles. MedicSpot is a healthcare company that is aiming to revolutionise healthcare delivery by combining the advantages of online and offline care. The company provides patients at designated hospitals with diagnostic tools like a stethoscope, oximeter, blood pressure monitor and thermometer which, in turn, is connected to the MedicSpot network. Onboard General Physicians (GPs) engage in live sessions with patients, guide them on how to use the tools, and perform a variety of diagnoses like listening to a patient’s heart and lungs, looking down their throat and into their ears, taking their blood pressure and oxygen readings, and measuring their body temperature. The company is also expanding into another subsidiary, Arc Health, which it claims will perform the aforementioned tasks with more efficiency and accuracy. The company will use the investment to increase the number of Medicspot clinics to 1,000, gain further NHS market share, launch a corporate business model and allow international pilots to take place.
