White Peak Distillery (WPD) is a whisky distillery that aims to change the way whisky is made and create authentic flavours. It has so far invested £1.4 million in tried and tested plant equipment producing 400,000 bottles of maturing whisky. The company aims to become a contender in the $60 billion global premium whisky market. WPD has received 'Gold Awards' from The Wizards of Whisky World Whisky Awards. It has come out with programs to monetise its maturing whisky including its Cask Sales program, Temperance Club membership and its Prologue 2.1 release 2-year aged single malt spirit, that has been received with positive feedback. WPD has also been awarded visitor business in The Peak District, which receives 13 million+ visitors per annum, boosting its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model. It will use the investment to grow its business across different verticals.

East London Liquor Company (ELLC) has been distilling, importing and serving gins, whiskies, vodkas, rums, and canned cocktails since 2014. ELLC asserts that off-trade gin sales hit US$8.4 billion in 2020 with UK seltzer sales expected to reach £75 million by 2023. It intends to become a contender in the aforementioned categories. ELLC has had a 600% Year-on-Year (YoY) increase to £206,000 in off-trade sales from 2019-2020 to 2020-2021. The company has partnered with the UNESCO world heritage site, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, to release its product, Kew Gin. It has also entered into the Ready-To-Drink and seltzer categories with its range of canned drinks, and onboarded retailers like Waitrose, Tesco, and Co-Op. The company will use the investment to grow its off-trade channels both in the UK and abroad, expand its Direct To Consumer (DTC) output, update its 'Brand Home' to attract more customers, and increase its whisky production to meet demand.

In 2019, YPP launched a site Customgifts.co.uk for year-round gifting, following the success of Santa Sacks, a B2C Christmas brand in 2018. Within six months, they have achieved sales of over £300,000, hold licenses with many world-renowned brands with the likes of Harry Potter, Batman, Loony Tunes and Elf, and a variety of top-flight football clubs. The Custom Gifts site has already processed over 14,000 orders with more than 13,000 customers joining their database. The funds raised will be used for online marketing, new product development, and hiring of new staff.

The company has made over £1,000 Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) donations to date. They intend to use the investment to build a community of like-minded beer lovers, launch a flagship bar in Abersoch, North Wales to advocate local produce and sustainability, create a scalable bar concept for future expansion in other coastal towns, and hire personnel to drive product innovation and sales.

Fishy Filaments (FF) has developed a fishing net recycling process that enables immediate use of net materials in 3D printing and injection moulding. FF cites EU research stating that just 1.5% of used fishing nets are recycled. FF aims to increase the aforementioned percentage via its technology. FF argues that its proprietary fishing net recycling process fits in a standard shipping container enabling commercial fleets or local stakeholders to manage their net wastes at a profit and access a low carbon raw material from which new products can be made. FF claims that it has recycled and sold around 2 tonnes of nets to over 200 customers in over 20 countries since the brand's commercial launch in January 2019. Its product, Marine Nylon, has been met with interest from customers and investors alike. FF will use the investment to diversify its product range and come up with solutions that help protect the world's oceans and coastal communities from plastic waste.

Its innovation, Nanoimager, is a super-resolution fluorescence and portable microscope that is capable of real-time 3D localization analysis and rendering. It has multiple applications in a variety of fields such as viral particle imaging, quantitative cellular imaging, epigenetic mapping, and many more. ONI states that the Nanoimager can align and analyse samples, and then upload the results onto a computer for deeper graphical and data examination.
