The company is lead by Founder and his MD with the aim of bringing accountability and professionalism to the gaming and esports hiring market. The Founder is an accomplished web designer/developer and veteran of the competitive video game industry. He is responsible for the long-term strategy and vision of Hitmarker, its company culture, and everything related to branding, design, and development from both a creative and technical perspective. The MD leads the business and is responsible for formulating and implementing strategy, distributing the workload between staff members, cash flow, recruitment, and business development. The Technical Lead is primarily responsible for building internal tools, and integrating new platform features. The Content manager is hands-on with all of the written elements of business development, marketing, and public relations. The Creative head is a photographer, videographer, video editor, and designer who is primarily responsible for all of the visual elements of the company's business development, marketing, and public relations efforts. Two qualified accountant/advisors from KPMG and PWC advise Hitmarker on high-level business strategy, tax issues, and compliance issues and are also hands-on with the company's long-term financial forecasting.
